Capstone: refine your case study

You already assembled a UX case study after the mobile-app process. Now refine it with this module’s review work so the story includes heuristics, accessibility, and a sharper outcome.

What to add

  • Heuristic findings — issues, which Nielsen rule, and the fix.
  • One accessibility check you actually ran.
  • A key mockup or Figma screen if you have moved past LF wireframes.
  • Result — what you changed and what you would do next.

How to know you are done

A reader should understand the problem, the process, and one clear outcome without you in the room. Keep the language simple. Show, then explain.

  • Still follows the UX process sequence from your earlier case study.
  • One before/after or one key fix called out.
  • Nielsen or accessibility mentioned with a real example.
